Have a nosy around covent garden, most of the time there is stuff to watch there.
Go to some of the museums if you are interested: natural history, V&A, Tate...
The Wallace Collection, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Tate Britain, more museums than you can shake a stick at and Cask in Pimlico.
What more do you need?
Well i used to go to Kings Cross when they had Deltics and train spot, for a few hours then onto Paddington, to see the Westerns , and new HST,s.
Now its just Hst,s and sparkies, boring really.
Bar Italia, Frith Street for coffee and people watching in Soho
