On my site! I can't remember a work day this hot for many a year. Best of it is, is that it's not full on blazing sunshine, its mostly broken clouds.

Thanking god that we’ve been working on the North facade of a building cleaning the cladding, hoping it’s not so hot next week when we do the curtain wall glazing on the South; water boils off before you can get the squeegee on it!

Nowhere near that here in fife, more like 20-22c, yet when i got out of the (air conditioned) car earlier it felt really quite warm.

i didn’t think my A/C was that effective.

Baled on my post work ride. Been sweltering all day due to the asthmatic A/C in our building: 30+ degs outside and upto about 27 degs in the office, left early to go on a ride, but walking out to the car feeling the searing heat I just thought it's pointless. Will have to give it extra gusto on my morning cycle commute tomorrow to make up.

Short walk back to the hotel from work in a suit and small rucksack with laptop and sweat dripping down into your eyes isn’t fun at all.

Nope, and then finding out that you left the sodding charger in the sodding Office and have to walk all the way back in the swealtering heat all over again.

But you win, at least you get to see the outdoors during the day...

Cycle to work is the winner here. Shorts and t shirt, suit stays in the air conditioned office. Only sweat into things you feel comfortable sweating into, and you don't have to sit in it for the rest of the day.

I go on business trips to Africa and live with temperatures in the 30s but then the hotel room, offices and cars are air-conditioned. The worst is being stuck here in the office because you can't keep cool, at least at home I can open windows on both sides of the house and allow air to come through from the cooler north side.

Downstairs Thermostat says 27 degrees already, and thats the coolest part of the house.   Up here in my "hoffice" I'm already sweltering with all windows open and a fan blowing.   Not helped that this room is East facing...

Looking forward to a job interview in central London today. Fully suited and booted, 30 degrees plus and a jaunt on the tube. Should make a nice first impression by being a red sweaty mess😭

I've had to resort to wearing just bib shorts and top on the mtb commute, too hot for baggies, it was 21 degrees at 0745 yesterday 🤤

I seem to fly in the heat - 19 pbs on my ride home last night in 32 deg, one of my fastest ever. I love it (for riding) not so much stuck at work!
