Does anyone know if 3 way calls are possible over skype?
Or any other app's that would do a 3 way call?

Yes it's easy enough as I recall. I use Google hangouts, which work well too, I think everyone needs to be signed up to Google+.
Not sure about 3-way on skype. Hangouts works very well I hear.
Skype should be able to do it, google hangouts as above or most mobile phones can do conference calling.
I've used gotomeeting in the pas as well but that is normally a paid option.
Skype will handle that no problem, had a 5 person chat not too long ago.
Officially it handles up to 25 participants
I thought Skype had to have at least one person (the host) a paid up premium member, to have a multi person conference. Might not be the case now tho since Hangouts and others came along.
Skype's free for group audio calling, video costs money though. (Or at least it did the last time I checked).
