Are the 3 network phones from CPW unlocked like the rest of their phones or not?

I didn't know CPW phones were unlocked? My 02 ones haven't been. Well at least the last 2 that I can remember.

All phones at CPW are unlocked as far as I am aware, but I have a feeling 3 phones are branded and locked, but can't remember.

I had an unbranded nokia a few years ago
