23 years. Balls!!
Parked in a disc zone in Harrogate while I went to visit my Mrs in hospital. Put disc with correct time showing & tootled off, noticing the enforcement officers van round the corner, no worries. Came back to find a parking ticket on my window! Jumped in the car wondering why, until Ifound the disc on the passenger footwell. I definately put it on the dash & It's quite flat so no idea how that's happened.
Must be a poltergeist.
