so having spent the last 5 days in Capel Curig walking (in the rain) with the children xmas lunch spent on Pen-y-pass walk up to Snowdon bread and butter with Haribos...fantastic !
I have decided its time to get back on my trusty steed and get out there and train (eat less) and do another red bull/merida sleepless in the saddle type thing...last time was 10 years ago...ouch ! (this follows from my motivation thread...)

Bontrager 24/12, really good format of a 12 and 24 hour race in the same location and weekend, and a 12 hour race that starts at midnight. All the usual options for teams/pairs/solo etc. Great fun event!
