(free ones in most papers and magazines)? First of all, I'm not completely stupid and I know this reeks of scam but here are my thoughts....
I scratched the card and surprise surprise I'd won with 3 symbols but what caught my eye was that 3 symbols equaled a cash prize, the usual dodgy vouchers and holidays could be won with 2 symbols but 3 equaled a "CASH PAYOUT" a closer look at the small print revealed the following sums:
£1,000,000 cash (1), £100,000 cash (1), £20,000 cash (2), etc, etc, with the lowest being £10 cash (5000+)
Now I know you need a claims number which can be obtained through a premium line (£9 in total) but I also know that by law the company has to include a postal route which is stated in the small print and should in total only cost you 2x 1st class stamps.
So I've written my letter and enclosed my SAE, so hopefully in 28 days I should receive my "Personal Claims Number"... that's if it hasn't been "lost" in the post, which i can guess is a big possibility.
The next step would be to fill out the card which is easy enough but at the end is the section:
Anyway....I've written the letter and probably send it off soon.
Has anyone actually bothered with these? I know I'll most likely win a tenner, which is the least amount possible.
