Yep, motivation is key and the thread has given me lots. The stories, pictures, commitment and of course, achievement.
99 days days should be a bit easier 😅.

In. Fatter than I’ve ever been, motivation minimal. Going to start this lunchtime with a yomp up the fell. When’s the official start date 15th?

What's the rules then, what counts as 'exercise'?

Came here to ask same question, found this on page 1

Assuming the same “rules”, then it’s 30 minutes of exercise per day. Riding, running, walking, paddling, weights, yoga, etc, outdoor or indoor, it’s up to you. Keep the thread going with photos and chat as that adds to the encouragement and incentive for others.

I should be up for this, for the simple reason that LACK of consistency is probably my biggest bugbear. I think I can achieve a minimum of a half-hour body weight exercise on the floor every morning with the intention of getting lazy glutes and posterior chain firing again. Hope to start commuting again and it's always easy to sneak a walk in here or there...

In. I forced myself back on the (e) commuter to try and shift my Butt into gear, this is more motivation.

I'm unfit more than anything, and constantly feel tired. The new MTB is ace but i'm not getting out consistently to see any improvement.

There was a Strava Group set up last year too, though I rarely make public all my Strava activities these days.

I'm in.

I have a 10km race coming up and then a 1/2 marathon next month. Started running from scratch in July and still hating it, but plugging away. So with a few events, a cycle commute 2-3 days a week and a dog to walk, I should be able to do this.

Should be a new thread I guess. Is there any merit in having a Strava group or is this thread sufficient?

For the third year in a row I've been saying I'm not doing it this year 😀

I'm actually on a streak of 92 days already so I guess I might end up on 200 days.

I'm in. Will aim to complete all 100 this year.

Might depend how utterly broken I am after the GNR on Sunday. I've never been a runner ever, but decided to do it this year.  (Eejit that I am.) 😳

I'd be up for this again, see if I can beat my personal record of 74 days out of 100. Really, really need to shift some excess timber and my fitness is shocking so this will be a good motivator to get moving.

Just in time for getting the turbo trainer out too!

I'm in. Won't be as photogenic as Scotroutes's efforts.

Completed it last year with some late night 30 minute free weights on the living room floor sessions.

What day is day 1? and I think I got confused last year as to whether day 100 is the 24th or 25th?

Day 100 is 24th December. I think that makes day 1 16th September.
