I do similar through our work scheme - a £500 top-up on a reloadable shopping card costs me £475. Slightly higher discount, but not everyone has access to work schemes.

@jim25 I had that on my phone but it worked ok on my laptop. I did email the help address to report it and apparently I was the only one with that problem at the time.
@jim25 thanks for flagging that up. I have let the discount tech people know about it. I will update on here when it’s fixed… but desktop works in the meantime.
