I so much wish the bike industry would realise how many people don't want electronics on their bike, barring lights.

If I'm spending that much, I would.

If I'm spending that much I'd want the motor to be electric-assisted as well.

I would hardly say it was exclusive.

Wouldnt the headline be better -

"Yet an other stupidly expensive bike. Does the paint job make it value for money?"

Of course though they want it to be seen as being 'normal' to spend £7k on a push bike.

Tough crowd in tonight.. 😂

I think it's beautiful. Makes me want to smoke tabs again. 😍

You can't really go too far wrong with black and gold.
Worked well, if a tad OTT, for Production Privee

does anyone else prefer the frame of a bike to be one colour throughout?

Yep that’s expensive, but it’s clear in the article that this relates to the top of the range.
There was a previous article about the more normal priced Spectral 125, posted 5 months ago…..

I don’t really think the bike industry are saying you need to spend £7k for a push bike, but if you have £7k and want electronics on a very capable and very nicely painted bike, then here’s an option.

I do think the bike industry are saying that you need to spend about £4K for a fairly entry level full sus though…..that’s just my take on things.

If I was spending that much money on a bike it would be a brand new Yamaha WR250f.

I don't mind expensive bikes but this doesn't have anything I need and I'd happily spend less money to avoid all the electric stuff. The regular Spectral 125 is a nice bike.

Absolutely ! That would make any bike worth £10k 😂

Gulf blue and orange would be up there too

Imo motorsport derived colour schemes have been done to death.

Apart from helmets painted to look like F1 drivers helmets, obvs.

work to make electronic shifting more affordable as it's blumming great on a bike. Not sold on leccy suspension or droppers yet though.

I was surprised at how cheap it was, saw Flight Attendant and assumed over £10k!

As for electronics - love the SRAM AXS gears - just sublime.

13.4kg???

Yep, for top of the range, seems a bit porky....
