Previous years:

2013: http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/strava-stats-ytd-whats-yours

Still 2 weeks to go but here's mine:
Rides: 160
Time: 285:51:57
Distance: 2588 miles / 4164.98 km
Elevation Gain: 168047 ft / 51220.72 mtrs

compared to my 2014:
Rides: 137
Time: 267:05:37
Distance: 2680 miles
Elevation gain: 142,417 ft

Improving every year! that'll do. I don't commute by bike though.

Distance 5,599.6mi (8959.4km)

Time 313h 51m

Elevation Gain 226,066ft (68904.9m)

Rides 183

So I'm only doing 7.7m of ascent for 1km of distance and have a yearly average of 17.8mph.

I'd say 80% of these totals are commuting and I don't Strava off road.

5,630.82 mi
289 rides
70,637m climbing

My annual target is 6000 miles but it's looking unlikely this year as I was off the bike the whole of October due to knee surgery. Still possible but can't ride the rest of this week so that gives me two weeks to ride 350 miles which is perfectly possible if ice and snow don't put a stop to it.

Had a cracking month in September riding 934 miles, would have hit the 1000 if it hadn't been for consultations about said knee then surgery on the last day of the month.

Loved every mile though, even the ones into a 40mph headwind in torrential rain.

Some good climbing per mile here.

I always view 1,000ft per 10 miles as a hilly ride. So good going.

I'm only just approaching 1800 miles on the road bike this year ๐Ÿ™ I was right on target to smash it (got over 1000 by mid june) but then started going to the gym which made me not want to ride as far after squats etc. Wish I didn't bother with gym as it's not benefited me massively in the end, wish I'd have spent more time on the bike over summer.

Sadly ๐Ÿ™ this:

Distance: 428mi (but these were mainly Calderdale miles and therefore worth 4 times as much ๐Ÿ˜‰ )
Time: 55h
Rides: 43 (not even 1 a week - shocking!)
Elev Gain: 47,566ft

(mostly road)

Distance: 1413mi
Time 122h 09m
Elev Gain 34,533m
Rides 63

+1970mi (131 days) cycling to work and back which I don't record with GPS.

Not great, but don't get much chance to ride properly at the moment with family commitments.

Rides: 99
Time: 263h 16m
Distance: 1,799 miles
Elevation gain: 260,978 ft

Equals average ride of:
Time: 2hr 40m
Distance: 18.2 miles
Elevation gain: 2,636 ft

Night riding once a week brings the averages down - all MTB though.

Currently -

2963.7km
197hours, 59mins
34,532m of climbing
176 rides

- 2.5 stone. ๐Ÿ™‚

March to August was rubbish though, didn't ride much at all. Upped my game since November, lost the weight and upped my climbing in particular - this month I'll hit the strava climbing challenge for the first time ever! ๐Ÿ™‚ Roll on 2016.

Certainly not as impressive as some of the numbers here, but:

1021.5km
90h 28m
45,149m (25,415m of which was in chairlifts in the alps ๐Ÿ˜€ )
45 rides

2 road rides in all of that, and subtracting the alps figures leaves me with 28m of ascent per km under my own power, which I am fairly happy with - maximum fireroad slog up, ridiculous steepness down ๐Ÿ™‚

3,447.1 miles
364hours, 51mins
377,247 ft
Rides 182

I'm quite happy with that. Most importantly, the climbing/distance ratio is strong, which means more smiles per mile.

1,765 miles
159 hours
79,534 feet of climbing
151 rides

I'm short about about 250 rides and about 750 miles as I don't record my dog 'walks', which are 3 mile loops on the bike. (The above based on 5 rides a week)

About 1,000 miles down on last year, I've had a couple of lean months which haven't helped. Next year! ๐Ÿ™‚

About 1000 miles, all offroad. Lots of climbing (boring) leading to lots of descents (fun) as most of it was on the Malverns. Some new off-piste too (super fun).
And a new bike so, all-in-all, a good year ๐Ÿ™‚

I bit disappointed with the overall kms. Thought it was going to be near 4000 this year after a strong start.

Mid-week rides became difficult as I got busy in Autumn ๐Ÿ™

5738 miles, 415:28:21, 243,372ft, 489

Mostly commuting.

(wishing I'd recorded every last little ride/included uplift days as 6000 and 250,000ft is a nice round number. A couple of large rides may be ridden when I finish for Christmas!)

6454 km
396 hrs
154725 m elevation
288 rides.

Summer in Whistler bumped my numbers up nicely, breaking my wrist before we came back & the subsequent 3 months recovery (still not right) has limited my riding somewhat since.

Not a bad year though. Must try harder next year ๐Ÿ™‚

4727 miles
117165 ft
273 rides
281 hrs

100% road this year and a load of that has been commuting around the ridiculously flat Suffolk. The LEJOG trip (and training for it)I did in August has obviosuly significantly helped on the miles and climbing stats. All in all a pretty good year on the bike for me. Going to try and break the 5000 by the end of the year and then set myself some targets for next year.

2650 miles
76 rides
55,000 ft
72 rides
411 personal records

Mostly road and in the Fens hence the low elevation gain. Most of the riding was done July, Aug, Sept. Next I'll be lucky to do over 1000 miles now Little Miss CD has arrived.

6283 miles (10111 kms)
397644 ft
460 hrs
252 rides

Made up of about one third MTB, one third road and one third commute.

I was aiming to pass 10000kms this year, just because it's a nice round number to aim for. Might get up to 6500 miles by the end of the year if the weather permits.

Should just roll over the 1,800 mile mark in the next week or so, and hopefully the 200,000ft of climbing shortly after. All MTB, no road or commute.

Mixture of mtb, road and commute. With a one or two kom's along the way ๐Ÿ˜‰ A couple of k less than this time last year. (Mainly inside turbo work for the first two months and November/December put paid to that)
