where/how should i be installing this grease?
xx1 jockeys wheels on my krampus are done, fitted 6 months ago?

At a guess I would think you have to remove one of the rubber seals, carefully with a dental pic or edge of a razor blade. Prob a good idea to completely clean the bearings with degreaser, then repack/squirt in the grease and put seal back on.
