In the early years of cassette freehubs, I remember going into a local bike shop and asking a similar question.
I can still hear the laughter from the workshop years later 😐

You can actually get some sizes of sprockets if you're willing to spend the time trawling through Ultimate Pursuits' website(Madison's public site)listing of cassette spares, but for the cost of individual items and the hassle of deciding which ones are suitable, it's probably easier to buy a complete cassette.

I have just been in touch with Madison and they will supply the following:

11T is £10.99,
13T is £6.99,
15T is £5.99,

And CRC do this:

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=35060 and it is for the 11t - 34t cassette as well.

So it can be some and you get 2 extra Ti gears 🙂
