Anyone know where I can get the little bolt that holds the 'collar' on XTR cranks?

Mines sheared off.

£27 last time I needed one. You get the bolt, washer and resin ring.

Well I got shafted then! Although it must have been a good while back as it came from Freewheel in Nottingham.

It's not that bolt. It's called 'adjust nut fixing bolt' I think.

The bolt for pinching up the preload collar?
It's nothing special, just a taper head socket cap. Have a look on eBay for the diameter and length you need.

£1.99 for a bolt? I'd be going to my local stainless steel stockist and picking one up for 20p (which the guy at the counter can't understand, as they're so much cheaper by the box.).

Just wait to see the cost of the removal tool if you ever need one
