I need some new pads for my XT brakes. The current pads have "M07Ti Resin" written on the back. Are these the same as M775 pads?

Same shape yes. They were originally M975 XTR pads with the Ti back but then they got used for pretty much everything. There is a specific M775 XT resin pad denoted A01S as they have a steel back plate.
AS long as the pad looks like this you can use it.

They also do the non-Ti backed ones for £9 a set.
Postage is £5, so best if you can get some sort of group order together & split it. That said, it still works out cheaper than buying the Ti ones at UK prices.
