Anyone know of an alternative reflector/lense to make the beam more flood than spot - ideally I want to replace the smooth reflector with an orange peel one. Any ideas?

I'm sure I read somewhere that you can spray the smooth reflector with hairspray to create the orange peel effect. I may have imagined that however!

Thanks to the magic of google, I found this. The MJ808 reflector cup drops straight in and makes the beam a bunch broader, but it costs a tenner or something.

One of these works pretty well.

Only just got it, so I have only tried it for one ride. makes the spot a wide beam.

Cheers for the repies.

I've got the lense andywill linked to and tried it last week. It does reduce the spot and replaces it with a letterbox shaped hotspot!
