I only did one of these last year and was going well but crashed and ended up a DNF (cracked the crown jewels badly). Still, seemed like a laugh, so thought I'd mention it.

I'll be there next week. Had a scoot around the course last night - lots more singletrack since I last rode there a few years ago. 'Cross bike is not the best choice though :^)

Nah, was at the Dyfi... I love Swinley but destroying yourself riding round in circles there just isn't quite right! 😉
ive not ridden the woods there since last year - might pop over at the weekend to see how its looking
