Need to identify self catering place that can sleep mim of 10 people poss 15, is NOT a YHA and is local'ish' to all the best riding North Wales has to offer ?
Anyone used such a place that they could recommend ?

We stayed here, and it was excellent apart from the Welsh weather forming a flood that trapped us in for the night!
