I was thinking, would anyone from the south east fancy hiring a van with me, driving uo to the peak district, and spending the weekend riding th best descents in the area?
I can hire a Toyota high ace van for 75 pounds for the weekend, we could stay at edale youth hostel for 12 pounds each night, and split fuel and van costs...
My idea was something lalong the lines of driving near to cavedale, jacobs ladder, and maybe some of the descents near ladybower, and just doing shorter rides, followed by having fun on the descents. Basically trying to fit in as much good descending as possible, with as little up and along as possible.
Does anyone fancy the idea of doing this? I can sort out the van etc easilly, and was thinking maybe at the end of the month?
