I had an experience like this with Works! Nice kit when it arrives though and he threw in some spare bearings as a sorry for being late.
They're perennially too busy, every time they have 5 minutes they make some other product that makes them even more too busy. And even then their facebook is still buried with demands to make new things they don't have time to make
I know that's not too helpful for you though, I think all I'm really saying is they can be tricky to deal with but not because they're evil.
He was on here the other night bout 11-30 when he finished last!
