Anyone got a .gpx of the more XC/trailsy stuff at Woburn?

Might have a womble down there over the Easter break (it's only 45 minutes away and will be a change from Thetford). Too mincy to take on most of the jumps and stuff.

Have the MBR loop and a map showing bridleways etc. but any locals out there got a .gpx I could borrow to give me a few knowledgeable pointers about where to explore?

Thanks.

Did s short ride with a friend after work yesterday that fitted that description - only about an hour (for me - you may be a lot quicker! was about 8.5 miles of mixed sort of stuff) but tracked with my phone so I could repeat so I can save a gpx. Don't know how to send attachments on here - if you know how to do that and are want a copy am happy to share it, but you may want something longer?

What MBR loop have you got? I lead MBR round back in 2005.

You do a good few hours over there, even our Tuesday night fast rides take two hours plus.

Dont have a gpx but i usually just go for an explore, there's loads of great singletrack around 🙂 Would be rude not to have a quick ride on the dh stuff whilst you're there as well - start on transfer line as its all rollable then you can start to jump the jumps!

At first hand your best bet would be to try and hook up with a local or someone who knows the trails. (I might be about but it's not a definite)

Most of the decent trials spread out far and wide, are unmarked and off piste which upsets the Wardens if you get caught. There are a number of general cycle routes but they are generally nothing more than shared access roads/bridle ways and even some of those have been close due to area of special scientific interest. Apparently some moss there doesn't like noise!!

Getting shown around would be the ideal.
Starting at Rushmere and doing the man made stuff first. Followed by Stockgrove with some short but sweet trails. Then over to Woburn, loads there on both sides of the main road.
With a quick road section you can add the Millbrook area.
