I was hoping to get on a trip with BaswueMTB towards the end of November but they're sold out.
I could go later this month but due to the short notice, flight prices are silly.
So, I guess I'm looking for recommendations as to who can offer some winter sun and challenging riding in November.

Have a look at this. Lots of loose, rocky, steep descents. No pedaling.
Great base with a pool.
Easy to get to via flights to Malaga.
I'd consider https://switch-backs.com/
Runs out of Malaga November to April as the weather is better that time of year on the coast the switches to inland for the summer.
Have been to both RSS and Switchback and much preferred Switchbacks as Mike has a bigger range of trails to choose from.
