20 mile each way commute with a 30 minute train journey in the middle. My clothing for during the day is trackies and I have somewhere to get changed. What do folk suggest?

Assume you're wearing normal cycle clothing (i.e. bib-shorts), then leg warmers at this time of year (or 3/4 knicks if you're taller and don't mind cold shins) followed by bib-longs in winter itself. I favour a roubaix backed, wind-proof fronter pair I had from decathlon a few years ago.

20 miles each way is a nice commute - I only do 167 each way, but it's a great bookend to each day. Enjoy..!
