Not asking much I know, thinking I like the idea of something like a Genesis Day 1, but with some gears (needen't even be ten but I guess that'll be what comes as standard) or at least vertical drops.
Didn't like the idea of discs on CX bikes to begin with but have been swung by owning a set of BB7s and having a fiddle trying to reduce judder on my first CX bike.
Fancy something relatively racey, looked at a Salsa Vaya but wasn't sold on the emphasis on stability/reduced toe overlap etc.
Finally I guess I'd like it to be US/Canadian because I'll be buying it there and might even eventually manage a tour of some sort over there.
Salsa/Rocky Mountain/Norco all have aluminium CX bikes with standard kit on them, whats the North American equiv to Genesis?
Cheers
Brodie do some nice CX bikes, worth finding them if your going to be in Canada.
