Any recommendations for an outer glove that is wind proof to fit over a normal riding glove. I need it for half a day on an upcoming trip. Would like to use them as mini stuff sacks leading up to this. Seen some for £50 ish but would like something cheaper. Ski glove otters maybe? Suggestions if you know of such things, thanks.

Got a couple of sets of these:

Use them for bikepacking and touring as well as commuting in bad weather. Work perfectly to keep wind and rain off your riding gloves, although they're a mitt it's still easy to brake and shift as they are very thin. In really heavy rain it's worth tucking them inside the cuffs of your jacket to stop water running in! Definitely under your budget, no need to spend more.
