this one to be more precise. cannot tell if the internal diameter is oversize or not ( ie 31mm or 36mm) Need 36 mm.

I think manitou springs have a slightly bigger ID than a coil dhx so it might rattle a wee bit depending on how much preload you are using. According to the TF Tuned website "Manitou or BOS springs will fit Fox DHX/Van R shocks in most cases and are less expensive". they won't rattle unless you don't tighten the preload collar, they can sometimes squeak tho

ok. cheers. Just ordered one. Free length is going to a bit tight, but should be ok. Should be undersprung a little so some preload is fine. Had to get a slightly longer one for my required spring rate and nukeproof don't do this either.

they dont fit over a certain poundage on the 2.75" stroke shocks

cheers. got a nukeproof 2.25 400lb already which fits fine, but want softer option ( possibly) too.
got 2.5 350lb
