As title really. I have a Lumicycle smart charger and was wondering if it will charge a 7.2v nimh battery as opposed to the 14.4 v one I use at the moment?

I don't know for certain, but almost certainly not.

If I remember correctly it says on the front how many cells it can charge. If this is in the range 6 - 12 then you should be OK. One word of extreme caution. Make sure your 7.2v pack is wired to suit the charger. Think it's centre negative.

Mine won't. It will charge 10-12 cells so 12V - 14.4V but certainly not 7.2V.
