hi all. One of my mates fell off at dalbeattie at the weekend and chipped the stantions on his forks. Will it damage the seals and maybe the internals of his forks?

definitely. Time for some wet and dry and clear nail varnish, otherwise you'll damage the dust wiper seals every time the chip passes over them.

Thought so. He took it to evans today & its gona cost £200 for a new stantion. OUCH!
