Don't think so. Pretty sure the campag thread is finer and the adjuster narrower than shimano

Sorry I CBA taking 2 rear mech cables out and then re-setting the gear...the above will be quicker!

Neither could I, and when I remove the campy one it'll snap.....

Yes the thread size is completely different, the only way shimano will fit is if you drill it out and retap to M5.
