Alpine in Edinburgh certainly have one, <pauses to think of non-innuendo way of saying it...> they carefully removed the burrs from the tube that holds my seatpost using it. 8)

Blazing Saddles in Hebden bridge do (apparently) but there was something like a 3 week waiting list for what I imagine is a 10 minute job so sacked that idea off...
