Need a new Campag chainset for my road bike. Looks difficult to find a 10 speed one. Will a 11 speed one work ok with a 10 speed chain, rear mech and cassette? Or would it be best trying to hunt down 10speed specific one somewhere?

Works fine. I got an amazing deal on a Super Record 11 speed chain set and used it with my 10 speed groupset until I could afford to upgrade the rest of it.

Should do. I don't think there's much difference between 10 and 11.
I had been using 2007 10sp Chorus Ultra Torque cranks with TA 10/11sp chainrings with 2012 11sp Chorus. Now using eTap but cranks still work fine.
