Whyte list them as "Whyte X-C-209-C uni directional High-Modulus Carbon, with 1K Shock skin"
Anyone know if they can be used tubeless?

I've got some.
They are not Tubeless specific.
I run mine with some old presta valves 1" gorilla tape and stans.
Non ust tubeless tyres too and they're fine.
