I had a 2000 Kona Lavadome. Its grips, and its decals used to glow in the dark. I was at uni at the time, and stored the bike in my bedroom. Lady guests were not often present in my bedroom during that era, but exactly none of them were impressed by my glow in the dark bicycle. 🙂

no idea but you can get them from hubjub by the look of it.
They've been out a while. IIRC there are some other neon colours too. you can also get red lock ons but the rubber isn't as soft as black lock ons for some reason.
