Can anyone tell me why this 2.35 UST High Roller is £20 and all the other ones are priced between £30 - £40
Am I missing something?

looks like a good deal...
as said, it's unusual to find a decent UST tyre for sub £30. Even sub £40 these days.

Heavy since dual ply and a bit thin.
But yes it would be good for the Alps if you're not used to wider tyres normally.
Get a 60a for the rear and a 42a for the front.
