CCDB Coil and CCDB Air is the only difference but they're both 22x8 so why do they look different?

Just two different types of available hardware. The top one is generally know as a "top-hat" setup and the lower "heavy duty".

One is 'top hats' the other is solid spacer and washers.Fox use a different style again.
Why? **** knows.
