Peaks was a nightmare yesterday 6' snow drifts everywhere I'm not a fan of the term "unrideable" but most of it really was (hope valley), sounds like Cannock is in a similar state, I heard llandegla is closed also, so where to go? Any ideas? Weathers looking good otherwise.

After getting two long road rides in over the past two days my Mrs has informed me that my passes have been revoked for the rest of the weekend so looks like I'll not be riding anywhere.
I'll be road riding tomorrow, Cape Town down to Cape Point if the wind stays away.
After today's ride, I could do without the 50km/h headwinds that we had ๐

Going round the bridalways of grizedale forest. Phoned up the mtb shop at the visitors centre today and was told its mostly clear of the white stuff.
Up at Stile Cop today, it was very wet due to melt water. Still lots of snow around too, most of the tracks had a good layer.
I shall be taking the trail bike out on the hills above St Tropaz.

The crow road, and the tak me doon were both ice free on Friday, the road surface is in a truly awful state though.
