over 20mph freewheeling my hub vibrates and sounds like its going to explode, very unnerving going downhill at the spam blast today..

Or just grease the bushing and plop some high quality oil into the freehub body.
Pedalon dont appear to have them in stock
oiled it up the other day, will try greasing up the bushing, but imagine this would be only a temporary fix

No no no no no no no no no.... never put grease in, on or near a Mavic freehub

thanks zulu, i'll give the hub another clean up as shown, tbh mine looked fairly clean but i didnt take out the seal last time, looks like he oils before he puts the seal back in, instead of the bushing itself, will try that, but my cassette wobbles too so new freehub when i actually find one in stock
FYI, you may find that play in the cassette is wear to the bushing but also quite often the hub itself wears, search US ebay for oversize bushing that compensate for this wear, i got a couple and they're perfect.
Oh and yes, never grease.
