White gloves - will...

[Closed] White gloves - will they stay white for very long?

Vain question, as above really. Could just be boring and go for black again but the white/blue ones look awesome and I'm realllly tempted. Will they just become a dirty shade of grey within minutes? These are the ones:

in the current weather I'd imagine they'll be mud brown within milliseconds.

I've got some white Spesh BG Gel ones. I don't tend to wear them if it's going to be really muddy (although I have) and they're still fine a year on. Bit of Vanish on them if they're really filthy when I wash them.

Thanks for the reality check. Shame as they look lovely. Guess I'll be sticking with black then. For the record, they'll be worn in all weathers bar absolutely freezing cold/wet weather, for which I have some proper winter gloves.

No - plus if you are tempted to wash them in the machine dont use a biological powder as it will eat the synthetic leather in Fox gloves!

CFH, those are shocking ๐Ÿ˜‰

There are more glove colours out there than black or white. And yes, the white gloves will go a sort of beige if you wear them in all weathers.

Get some Royals from CRC, always something in the sale and lots of colours too. Importantly, they feel good on the bike.

I see white as a roadie bike kit colour, it's a bit...Reebok Classic.

My white 661 gloves are still white after nearly a year with a few really mucky rides, never seem to get much mud on the back of my hands...
