Loads of electrical tape? Comes in an array of colours (I used red on my daughters Inbred)

get some excess bar tape (road) then tightly wraped for silent chain slap...and then white electrical tape on top
wipe cleanable...ish...not ideal tho but asthetics matter im sure.
