Is the 56 or 24 bar pressure Hydroshot the go to for bike cleaning? Both seem to get reviewed well, but not sure if the 56 is necessary for bikes or will be a bit overkill, and a bearing killer.

I have the old less powerful version. There's a button on it so it reduces the power and water flow. I'm presuming the newer version has a similar setting. Think it reduces down to 25 bar.

If you're using it for just cleaning bikes the 24 bar version will be more than enough but if buying again I would go for the 56 bar as it would be good for cleaning the patio, car.

Yeah, purely bike washing the less powerful one is more than suitable.

Bike only? Go low power.

How much does the extra power reduce the battery run time? You can usually turn power down, reduce the power of the spray pattern or just stand further back, so I'd go bigger unless there is a better reason not to.

According to an email I just got from Worx if you buy a 5Ah battery and charger they’ll throw in a free 56 bar hydroshot. Yours for £120.

Just an email. It says “add the Worx 5Ah battery and rapid charger to your cart. You can select your free tool directly in your basket”. I’ve just tried it and it lets you add from a range of tools for £0.

I’ve got this one. You can back it off by using the eco button. Really happy with it and the battery lasts ages

I've got the high power one. Can't fit a battery adaptor in to use other brand batteries that you probably can on the others. Not powerful enough to replace a mains unit but it is good for cleaning bikes.
