Done but you've missed out Darke's in Sunderland and Sanctuary Bikes who are quite new but a viable contender for best shop title - one of the staff posts on here.

I mostly use Gavin at Redape Bike in Bishop Auckland.
Other shops I've used not on that list include Iron Horse Cyclery - Darlington, Cestria Cycles - Chester le Street, Spitfire Cycles - Barnard Castle, Mountain High Cycles - Ferryhill
