Grahmam Weigh un-used CX frame only with headset and cantis.

Gios steel frame (needs repair/paint)with new forks.

Both sat in my garage

I confess I did that drilling out a seatpost that hadn't moved for twenty years, it's A1 apart from that.

It's not a structural deformity; it's a hole in the downtube. The seatpost is anchored above there and is supported by the toptube and seat stays far more than the downtube.

I'd ride it.
