[#1299758]

Hi, I got one of Wiggles' Marzocchi Bomber Mx lo forks, but now need a disc brake adaptor. Any ideas which one would be suitable to take a Shimano Deore 555 disc brake 160mm rotor[ previously on a fox float ].

On crc, there are some, but I'm unsure of the difference between front and rear post, unless this simply means, brake at front or rear of fork.

Thanks guys

i dont think you need a adapter for one of those for a 160mm rotor just bolt the caliper straight on

Front rear means front brake/back brake as the tabs are different so give you a different offset. 160 rear is a 180 front for example.
Its potst mount so neither of those will work.
For a 160 front rotor it should bolt straight on.
For 180 you'd need this...

Sorry guys, I meant to say it's for bolting the caliper on to the forks. If I bolt it straight on, it will be at a 90 degree angle to the wheel.

If the forks are like the ones on the right, is the brake like this?

If so you just need to remove the current adator and mount the caliper straight on

Ahhh.... could have an issue here!

That the correct adapter... but says it wont work on new zocchi's.
You'd also need a 180 disc.

Thanks charlierevell,[ IS caliper to post mount fork ], for translating my ramblings. Is the adaptor that you have linked to, similar to this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13743 ?
