I've got Avid Shorty 4 Canti brakes which seem ok but the original pads are wearing quite quickly and I'd like to fit some cartridge type pads to them as experience with V's a few years back tells me they're betterer.
I'm confused by the number of choices and I'm not sure if v-brake ones will be ok? So anyone got any recommendations?
They're threaded, btw.

standard v-brake pads aren't they?
replace with Kool Stops would be my choice.
