The Bike Lodge. Not a hotel but very nice self catering accom. with bike workshop etc. right in the centre of Innerleithen.
Winkston farm B&B is my favourite
we are staying here;

they are "bike friendly" with secure lockup, bike washing facilities, its newly refurbished, great food and in the centre of peebles
i cheekily emailed them and asked if (brearing in mind the current economic climate) they would do a deal for the bank holiday weekend and they replied at £45 per person per night inc breakfast - cheaper then they advertise at!
