Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has successfully managed to change bushings on 2003 bombers. It is supposed to require a special tool.
No info anywhere on the net.

depends on the model, older forks have bushings that just slide in and out and all you need are a selection of sockets/plastic piping to push the seals in.
Newer forks have bushings that need pressing into the lowers and need special tools. I asked windwave and they were happy to sell the tools, cant remember the cost but think they paid for themselves in a couple of services (so sub £200), then again marzocchi bushings seem to last 5 years so probably not worth it.
The eyar they changed was 2003/4 so probably worth asking windwave for advice, they'r realy helpfull.
