Isn't it just the barb that is different, the olive is the same? Cut the olive off, slide the hose out with the barb in and pop a new standard olive on. Failing that you can reuse the barb and olive if you cut the hose off carefully.

Never fancied reusing the olives but worth a shot as there going back as there goosed.
