etc. I know it's the full kit, but probably the easiest way to do it if you can't get to the LBS.
Or failing that, they're just v-brake washers - try your LBS
Most LBSs will have some knocking about you can have for free/very little money.
Might be a bit more bling than you want, but TiBike sorted me out with a nice set of Ti bolts and conical washers for my Avid brakes. Even sent me a couple of new longer bolts for free when it turned out that the original ones were too short to accommodate the 180mm adapter.
Cheap V brakes is what I used.
I went into Wilkos and they had some there in the bike section. Not sure how much but can't be much more than a quid. Or maybe even a Pound Shop will do them.
I found you have to be very careful on torque and don't go over the spec, maybe slightly under else these things crush when doing up the bolts.
Thankfully with the new Trail/Guide brakes they've finally binned the stupid things.

I wonder how that conversation went... New SRAM recruit turns up and says "What the hell are these things for". Old SRAM hands say, well, those are our special alignment washers, all our brakes have those". New guy says "So they're to introduce an extra way in which the caliper can be out of alignment? And when correctly aligned they do nothing at all?" Old SRAM hands say, "No. Well, kinda. Actually, yeah! That's really stupid!".
New brake is designed, new recruit is given rest of year off.
