How easy is it do do the reverse of this - i.e. add a pushlock/poplock to a set of revs that have the fork-top lever?

kevin - remove the dial with the grub screw, undo the big hex nut on the top of the fork leg, twist and pull the damper out. put new one in - top up with oil - done.
5 Mins max.

Where are you based?

Its a push loc - the posh poploc - same as this:

you would get:
the lever, the outer and inner. The kit is 3100 new, so am open to offers.

rob, i'm near falkirk. If your're nearby, maybe we can do a deal. If not, i'll probably give the fork-top lever a shot. They're brand new forks, not yet fitted.

£36 on tftuned for the fork crown lever for 09/10 ones. 😯
As yummy looking a fork as mine is, I might try disconnecting the return spring inside and then bodging something temporary onto the blue 'bobbin' to move it round by hand.

Thanks for the guide PP, very impressed.
How is that replacement knob different - except for the obvious 'sticky-out bit'.
Can't you just use the original (with an O ring to stiffen things up)?
