Moving spd cleats from one shoe to another but the bolts are 'a bit tired' i.e I had to drill them out.
Cleats are fine. Anyone know where I can get replacement bolts. LBS did not have any and just had 20quid replacement cleats.

I've rarely seen them available in LBS (I think some smaller co's may do them), but you will get something in a bolt supplier - I THINK I've only seen 3mm AK head ones though.
